The Chef

Born in Colombia, chef Weimar has developed his talent, around the globe. Graduated from Cordon Bleu in Paris, and honed his skills at Guy Savoy restaurant three Michelin stars, he then occupies 17 years in a series of roles of chef de partie at the Sous-Chef of the Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris, where he played a role in the success of Le Cinq, one of the most popular culinary experiences of the three Michelin stars of Paris. Then executive chef in Shanghai and more recently in Vancouver, chef Weimar decided to move alone and bring his talent to West Vancouver. Passion, creativity and excellent technique, are his best assets to invite you to share a pleasant culinary experience.
